What Just happened
I took very much a backseat, didn't speak to anyone other than Porsche. I probably just didn't care … I was too busy at work. I had no interest in what was going on. I even told Porsche .. I have thought about it . I no longer wanted be queen.
Porsche and I had been speaking about taking the crown for a while, but the truth is, we would have left earlier, if the R5 wasn't handed over to her. Porsche had a goal, and that goal was to win the Throne and give me the crown, single handily if it came down to it.
So to continue where we left off "The Story so Far [Part 2]". Things were happening behind the scenes. A lot of chatting was done in our R4 room, but the R4 room just kept growing.. from 6 to 9 to 13. What the heck was going on. Soon we were going to have the whole alliance in the R4 room.
Espionage
Porsche was not heavily involved with the politics of the kingdom, or the politics as created by Lorden… Who was this guy that everyone kept mentioning … he sounded like a brat... if his way was not followed... then he found a way to isolate them... The more I heard about him... the more I didn't like the way he operated.
real and Porsche then create another room... "E.... the rooms are not safe … there is a spy"
Sure... Sure …. I will join the new room...
I say. "Binky - what is the plan?"
Porsche says: " We gonna knock THF down to size... but I don't want to hit Ramrod... I have had good conversations with him... we need him when the kingdom unites and we fight KvK"
The New Room is created, and contained 4 of us... The ones that were trusted at the time.....
Then another room was created, contained WWR [Myst and a few of her peeps] and UWN [Porsche and a few of her peeps]. The conversations started taking place …..
As soon as KE starts, we port into THF, and we light fires, we take out the top buys …. Clifford... Big Spender [Tiz] … Destroyer [Top killer]… and whoever else attacks … but we leave Ramrod alone...
Everyone was on the same page, we were going after the Number 1 alliance, and by now we were fluctuating between number 5 - 6... but we knew how to play... we knew that we had experience on our side … and we were gonna light some serious fires …. show them how the game is suppose to be played …. Stats... Stats..... Stats....
Then it happened.... we were taken off THF's Alliance board with 3 Days to Go … we had a spy... I hate it when people play underhanded... it means … I don't have a clue who to trust, only those that I have been with for a long time.
Early Hit Plan
I am not sure who decided, or how it was agreed, however, there was a plan to hit THF early. I still don't know why.... Probably because people were worried that they would shield... I am not entirely sure... But I have to admit … I saw the conversation... didn't agree with it... and thought if I turned my head the other way.. I would be able to distance myself.
It is probably the one thing I am most not proud of … I should have spoken up... but it just wasn't my place .. it was not my plan... I did not know the specifics around it … and to be honest … I just wanted to see the response, so that the game could get a little more exciting. The first KE was boring... I didn't even participate.. or get enough kills for the gold.
And so, a time was decided, and the Hit took place...….
Tiz was the first one hit - and when the report came through, I must admit.. it wasn't joy that I felt.... I know how hard he must have worked to get his troop and power count up. I did not participate in the early hit …. My castle stayed right at home... and I went to sleep
Kill Event 2
I woke up, and the Kill event had started.
Unfortunately, I don't think anyone really knew how far Porsche was ahead of them when it came to fighting. All they looked at was the Power.
Real, Porsche and I.... we were compressed Power.... I have D +5 enhanced with decent Gems and correctly set out Talents and Dragon. Real too had a decent set up... and Porsche, she had crazy Gem Sets, Gear, Emblems, you name it... only thing she didn't have was T9's and T10's... But she compensated for that in many other ways.
Basically, when I wake up... Porsche goes to sleep.... It makes us a really good team....
She crawled in me with real, and then we started to terrorise THF.... I started to light them up... Stood open in their Hive .. Scout on... invited their attacks … hit when there was an opening … took calculated losses... and the war and fear of THF started to shift...
When I stopped, Porsche would start … and eventually, THF became a permanent snow globe.
They had one player, that had played before … and I only knew this.... as after I timed a hit on his farm and zeroed him … he instantly healed and started to hit tile after tile. But more importantly, he was ghost rallying [Hiding his troops on their return in fake 1 hour rallies] …. His Name was Slow Donkey … and his main was Fast Donkey.... I think it became irritating, but I eventually left to hit THF again.
Hello Lorden
Lorden was unbubbled, but I really didn't want to hit him, as he had anti scout on … and more than likely had Ramrod reining him. But I started hitting their alliance, and sent slow marches to their castles.
It was so funny, because Lorden would always send his march's to the same castle I was headed for, however always making sure it would get there 30 seconds too late … as though he was trying to protect and reinforce his alliance and friends, march after march... he sent his troops... making sure that it looked good … but effectively...didn't do anything... THF started complaining in my inbox.. Please don't hit ….. We scared of Lorden… We held hostage here … lol
I just told them... if you ask me not to hit... I won't... I am just playing the event... and trying to show you that the game is strategic. I would prefer if you bubble up....
Then Donkey returned with his main … and I saw him speed reinforce... he kinda did it a little too early.... and I was contemplating teleporting behind him and speed hitting him. but I decided to recall... and shut down for the day... I knew I had real and Porsche in me .. so there was no risk of been hit and beaten.
KE - Day 2
The next day, everyone started talking in AC... "Can't believe that E, is in the middle of their hive, shield down... every time someone hits her .. no one returns"
It started to look bad for THF.... Alliances who were scared, started to reach out....
First of which was AVG..... I didn't know the history, but my thoughts were... if they are a enemy of THF, they are a friend of mine.
It was NEO, who started to hit AVG, and someone sent me the co-ordinates … I watched as his Dragon left his castle, checked to see if it was a Shadow Dragon … check [Nope] … was he holding the statue?.... check [Nope]…. How many troops did he have with his main March out … check [ very few]
So I ported in...BAM... He was probably the second strongest THF player at the time .. stats were way descent … with Dragon … definitely better than mine... he had T9's … I had T8's … his castle was close to gold .. mine was a 23 or 24...… but he was on fire.....
I stood next to him … knowing that everyone was watching him burn...
I tried to draw him into a return hit … but I don't talk smack... so it became a staring contest... I was thinking … come on … hit back with a full march..
But he was having none of it … all he said was …" I am a friend of Porsche … why did you do that …"
I didn't know what to say … but I ported away after a while as.. it was a stale mate
KE Day3
The talk was... there was something in the works with RUS, RED and THF... but we didn't know when and where....
So the waiting game started... and we waited... and waited... and still nothing....
Then it happened..... RUS & THF went after WWR, and 4 RED members.... ported around me and simultaneously hit me ….
The problem was, they lost all 4 marches [Around 120k to 150K each .. to around 2K lost to my castle, which was still reined by Real, Porsche. So I sent 2k marches back at each of them .. and 3 of them ported away... but one remained.... Floki…. he cobbled up my 2K of horses... and I thought.... this guy has balls of steel... and he waited .. shield down … enticing me to hit...
I knew he could leave the castle, as he needed his dragon.. but at the time.. he definitely was top 5 and had better stats than me... Luckily.. Porsche ported in and tried to speed hit him … but he bubbled in time.. then ported away... I really thought he was going to be a force on the server... but unfortunately... we would only have 1 other engagement... and by then... his stats hadn't improved and he was in the process of selling his account.
Turning Point
So we ported back to THF … and started the fun all over.
It was while I had switched off my phone... that the biggest turning point [ In my opinion happened ]
Clifford was one of the only C30's in the game … along with Big Spender [Tiz] at the time … and they thought they were going to get together … with Donkey and a few others to rally my castle, while it lay dormant, Clifford was their lead … and what it lead too... was probably the final nail in the coffin, as more than 600K troops perished at our hands … with very few losses to us, and only a hospital healing away.
The loss brought tension to their ranks.... I was told... fighting started about:
- Why a mega rally wasn't activated
- Why did the C30's have such poor stats
Tension built, as Donkey and Tiz clashed, and Donkey shortly afterwards Left THF
Then Lorden and Tiz clashed..... and Tiz left THF
Welcome Rich
The battles, made us noticeable to the rest of the kingdom.... we were getting more applicants than we knew what to do with.... but there were certain people on our to get list …. once of them was Rich.
Rich was the quiet type, and he just went about doing his thing. We never knew who he was, until Real decided to send a full march into his castle … and he returned with a loss.
But it wasn't the fact that he was strong …. It was the way he handled himself... the way he acknowledged the hit …. and even though he had won … he had questions... had a laugh with real … and was a real gentleman... in what could be a savage game.
We invited Rich to join us … and his initial response was no.
But, we didn't care … he is loyal... but he is a nice guy... and we need to help him be a better player..
So whenever he asked, we would help … Porsche took a real liking to Rich... I think He reminded her of her friend Porsche... and I believe she helped him with Golem. He is not the best out there .
it wasn't before long … and Rich joined us and became part of our family.
The event was over.... and an AVG merger followed...
We now had the second largest Alliance... only a few hundred million short of THF... but we made it clear … we didn't want to be the biggest … only to have fun
